The theatre space offers a fixed stage with technical lighting and sound capabilities. Floor space can be configured flexibly for dining, cabaret-style theatre, or standard theatre seating - hosting audiences of 100-150. The space is available for rental to groups looking for rehearsal, performance or event space at reasonable rates, with a particular focus on providing an affordable venue option to the local arts community. Rental proceeds are planned to be reinvested in facility improvements.

One of the first priorities for the two groups is improving wheelchair accessibility of the space, to ensure it is community centred and inclusive. The groups will be seeking community and governmental support for these initiatives over the coming months with the hopes of completing these necessary improvements within the next year.
